With skies of blue that call to you
and land where you can live
I wish I had an island that I could take care of.

I came upon a house I knocked upon a door
and I got on one knee to read the writing on the floor.

I thought it was a letter but I should have known better
and known it was a note that it's writer wrote
before he dropped out.

I found a piece of art it was shaped like your heart
It tried to get me inside to take another ride
but I was too clever.

I found a magazine and unfolded my mind
And though I set it aflame
the words will remain with me forever.
